Our own accessibility statement

We sell accessibility checks, so it's only fair to be clear about our own site. We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA here — a step above the WCAG 2.0 AA floor that Ontario law points to. Last reviewed August 2026.

Easy to read, on purpose

Done

The whole site is set in calm, highly legible type at an 18px base size — bigger than most sites use — and we hold our text to a comfortable contrast against the background so it stays easy on the eyes.

Works with the keyboard

Done

Every button and link has a clear focus outline — a green ring with a soft halo — so you can always see where you are. A “skip to content” link shows up on the first Tab, and we walk the forms keyboard-only before every release.

Gentle motion that respects your settings

Done

The only thing that moves continuously is the progress bar during a real scan. If you've asked your device to reduce motion, everything simply appears in place — no sliding, no counting.

No third-party tracking

Done

Our fonts are self-hosted and the site loads no outside scripts, trackers or CDNs. And every status you see is a word and an icon, not just a colour — so colour is never the only signal.

What we know isn't perfect

Being honest

Scan reports show inside a sandboxed frame and we keep improving how they read to a screen reader. And an automatic check — ours included — only covers part of WCAG. If we missed something, we genuinely want to hear it.

Hit a barrier? Tell us and we'll fix it

Get in touch

Use the “Something off? Tell us” button on any page — it drops straight into our queue with the page you were on — or book a call from the pricing page. We treat accessibility reports about our own site as priority fixes.
